Certified WorkKeys® Job Profilers use subject matter experts from your company and a computerized process to analyze specific jobs. Job Profiling identifies every job task, evaluates it by importance, and the time required to perform the task.
How Are Basic Job Skills Identified?WorkKeys® addresses the necessary basic skills needed to perform jobs in your organization. The areas of basic skills are Applied Math, Applied Technology, Locating Information, Observation, Reading for Information, Teamwork, Listening, and Writing.
We can use your specific job profile, assess the present or future workforce needs in some or all of the basic skills, and then by using the WorkKeys® profiling and assessments help you in your hiring process.
