Our process focuses on what people do on the job - not traditional training that focuses on what people need to learn. We offer you a full-service consulting and workplace analysis program.

Who Are Our Customers?

Our customers include organizations from manufacturing, health care, service industries and government. We work with companies with fewer than 30 employees to more than 1,000. The Workforce Alliance is dedicated to providing the finest professional development opportunities in four cities and 12 counties throughout the region.

We Come To You Or You Come To Us

Training programs can be very efficient if they are at your home site. If this is not possible, we have modern, fully-equipped classrooms and labs in three convenient Central Virginia locations with ample, free parking. There are 18-station computer labs at each facility with Microsoft software and other business applications available. We will provide training and services for any work shift requirements.
