The organization provides non-credit training, customized instruction, consulting, skills assessments and educational programs. CCWA offers on-line registration, customer support and courses delivered by adjunct faculty in three convenient locations, at employer sites and on-line. Facility rentals are also available for business meetings and corporate training sessions.

Serving Central Virginia's Workforce

CCWA provides training services throughout the Greater Richmond region for government, corporate, non-profit and educational employers. The courses are administered by more than 100 instructors to nearly 15,000 students representing approximately 700 employers in the region. Some of our recent customers include employees of VCU Health Systems, Richmond Times Dispatch, City of Richmond, Wachovia Securities, Philip Morris USA, the Virginia Department of Social Services, Wyeth Pharmaceutical and Genworth Financial.

Convenient for the Customer

CCWA has regional training facilities at the North Run Corporate Park (near the J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College - Parham Road Campus), at the John Tyler Community College (Chester Campus), Featherstone Corporate Business Park (in Midlothian) and on-line. CCWA also facilitates training on the job site of many area employers.
