| Mac has been with the VCCS in workforce development since 1994. He is nationally recognized as a leader in the use of the WorkKeys profiling, assessment and skills-building system. He is a most effective facilitator and an energetic and entertaining trainer. He specilizes in soft skill and interpersonal skills training and is a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator. He is a strong advocate of the Covey principles and has incorpoated the use of Myers Briggs and Covey into a series of well-received Family Effectiveness seminars. In his current position as VP of CCWA, Mac's most enjoyable task is working with companeis to create innovative, customized and effective training programs that are evaluated based on a measurable return-on-investment. |
